Hello from Australia!

Hello guys! :)

We're now in Australia, Brisbane.

The weather's fantastic. Really hot, but the winds are cool and the humidity level is low, so its enjoyable.



So far we went to visit Queensland University, the city centre, museum, some shopping centre.

Ate like A LOT OF FOOD. We had this awesomely sinfully power packed brunch today. It was soooooooooooooooooo good. Oily, crispy and gooooooood.



Tomorrow we're going to visit a wild life santuary! Exciting.



My favourite part is that the ferry is part of the public transport system!
Brisbane river.Very cool,with the wind in the hair and the sceneary passing your eye.

hi people! i know the girls are busy studying for their finals and the guys are busy surviving until ord (i still don't know what this means). okie anyway, you all know Christmas is coming right??? so it's time to revive our tradition of exchanging gifts for Christmas!!! well, xl and i haven't thought or arrange anything yet but perhaps somebody can kindly volunteer this time huh? haha! well. we'll plan after our exams bah.

okay. as you know, siaun and i are going to aussie in december. so start making your wish lists!!! haha! i'm only offering to nonet hor. most likely i'll go there and get flip-flops :D:D girls, if you want please give me your sizes :):):) okie. since i'll only post this once, those who don't visit our blog, too bad bah. :P:P:P start making your lists after exams huh girls. let's see how many of the guys (actually not many lah haha!) visit this blog.

life's been crazy for me. ever since the last time i saw u all, i have been having tests and not to mention the awfully long hours of lab + lab reports EVERY WEEK. can u imagine that. from late sept till now, i have tests everyweek. so kinda MIA and super duper busy.

haha. but i m always online on msn, so u all can tok to me or text me. =)

ohOhOh, i just change a phone again. haha. from the army phone to a sony ericsson phone and to an omnia one! haha , all are my brother's second hand phones but yeah. it's getting better, cant wait to lay my hands on a new phone at the end of the year. wahahah.

OKAY! It's my turn to talk abt how things are going in my life. For those who dun know, I've been really busy with Halloween celebrations at sch. I've joined the orientation comm for next year (thats for freshies like you junliang!) and we had to set up a booth during halloween to raise funds for our camp! so i've been busy selling donuts, biscuits and what not. and i was spongebob mascot for one day! haha, as you can see i had to wear yellow stockings and hide in this big yellow box for one day

BUT IM HAVING LOTS OF FUN IN THIS COMM TOO. now halloween is over and its mugging time soon. we need to get tgt for a dinner or smt at least! i propose a dinner when jl is back! is that fine with everyone? (though i dunno how many ppl will actl see my post). gotta go mug alr! byebye!

well, exams are coming:( project due dates coming up soon. But stay tune for eunice, fang and my project video! we're doing a crime film called "And then there were two" where eunice is the evil murderer and fang is the suspect who visits geylang often (for reasons we have no idea). and i am obviously the poor twin being dragged into a murder plot. anyway, let you all see the video when we are done! and you can see fang's exasperated face when the part was NGed the 9th time.



anyway, lets all work hard and jia you for all the things coming up! and guys, hope you all are doing fine and also counting down to your ord dates.

MIRACLE HAS HAPPENED

I SAW JEWEE IN SCHOOL TODAY!!!

okay yup so i saw her in school today. haha! jewee looks more studious now since i saw her in specs and carrying lots of stuff. she as been busy since week 4 with assignments and tests every week so that's why we don't see her any more:(

wanyuan has mid-term tests this week i guess. so she is equally busy. but at least i got to talk to her on msn!!! so actually that's two miracles. HAHA!

finally caught up with these two girls. whew! at least i remember what they look like :D so no one is missing sny more right? let's stop going missing huh.

Under the radar

Hey guys, just thought that I might share something with the peeps.

Generally, everyone has been more or less under the radar, disappearing completely from sight, online, or through mobile means. Let me know if you guys are still alive, and not like zombie-fied, with a mad desire for human guts.

Well, I know I am not, because I am blogging here, Xf isnt, or at least she appears to be normal. But it doesn't really explain her recent spate of moon bathing activities. Maybe she's cultivating, you know like spirits/demons in old chinese shows, absorbing essence or something. Till then, she's normal.

So where's the rest?!?!!

Whatever, dudes, we got to hang out! Like dinner or something. Play catch up, HTHT.

Like if you're suffering from irregular bowel movements this week, your pimple popped during lecture, you secretly smell your armpits after PT afraid that you have BO etc.

Well, nothing much happened on my side, except maybe ORD! Around 46 more days! :D Beat THAT yh and jl.

Playing the guitar XL (human or recently-turned-into-beast:unconfirmed) lent me, making my left hand fingertips quite cui because keep pressing the first fret.

One more wisdom extraction to go.

One blood test to go.

So hopefully you guys can manage to squeeze out a little time for dinner/lunch/ whatever so that I know you guys are still human, on this planet, civilized and clean. Not looking forward to seeing liza growing beards/manes/bushy armpit hair that stick out from the side.

updates...

looks like i have to come here and update once a month so the blog will not look so dead. LOL. okay. I'll update every one's activities to the best of my ability (sounds like i am writing GP essay). the last meet-up was october 2nd and the people who turned up were me, e2, yh, xl and sa. the only thing i can say about this meet-up is that we went to sungei gedong. huh.

okay let us start with me: i have currently finished my mid-term exams so am quite free this week. after this, i will most likely be busy all the way until the semester ends. i have four projects to do. so if i am slow in replying your messages and whatnot, please forgive me yeah.

e1: she is going crazy with her math and econs modules. haha! and she has joined the science orientation week committee so do not expect to see her appearing for our subsequent outings much. especially on weekends. at least i still meet her in school:) jiayou e1!!!

e2: pretty much more free since she is no longer a part of bizcomm. yeah! we will get to see her more often than e1 on our outings. working very hard too in her studies. forever our super smart girl:)

xl: finally caught up with her life recently. she is very very busy these two weeks because of her mid-term exams. so she needs to study. jiayou xl! i know she needs to go sing kbox to vent her frustrations. say where and when and we will go with you:)

liz: i have absolutely no idea what she is up to now. since school just started for her, she is very busy with her co orientation and freshmen organization stuff. i have not seen her for like... maybe two months? not exactly sure. LOL. and she's starting her exams next week too! jiayou liz!!! and come meet us soon:)

je: she's busy with her mid-term exams these two weeks too. jiayou je!!! have not met her anywere in school yet. so maybe we have forgotten what she looks like. haha! kidding:P she and liz can be our mia queens. LOL. you come and meet us soon too:)

sa: nothing to say much about being in camp. it is a prison and he is getting out soon. still owe me, e2 and xl a treat for sending him back to gedong! i guess he is quite free now since ord is approaching. jiayou! 2 more months. haha!

yh: seems to me he is quite free in CD too. mostly catching up with our lives when we meet up:) this weekend he's going home so he is not free:( but we will meet up soon too k? take care until then!

jl: finally. another mia king. pangseh us last friday eh. haha! not sure what is on with his life now. have not got the chance to meet him and ask him. so i am hoping he will turn up for this weekend's meet-up! or else it will be a pathetic me, sa and e1 going. LOL. turn up soon k? take care:)

so... what am i going to do with you all when we cannot even have a simple full attendance get-together? hmmm... just hoping that life is dainty for all of you. jiayou work hard and take care! i will be back with more updates soon. i hope.

this blog is stalling!!!

whoa. it has been a long time since any one last blogged here. i am betting that most of you forgot the username and password! haha!

anyway, i was thinking if you all wanna meet up during mid-autumn festival. we still have siaun's kongming lantern that we haven't light! haha! it must be so rotting in his home right now. unless he has somehow lighted it without us. if this is so, without any doubt, i will taupok him. haha!

so mid-autumn falls on the 22nd of sep if i am not wrong. it is a wednesday. so i was wondering if you all wanna meet up during that week. the weekend of 18-19 or 25-26. you are all so busy that i have no choice but to book you all in advance. the problem is that i don't even know how many of you read this blog any more. LOL.

creating fb event almost always never works. so i decided not to. haha! unless there is some kind soul who would do that. i'm plain lazy:) and my phone bill has shot over the moon. eeks. so i have resolved not to use my phone too much this month (and i'm failing at it). haha! so please try to respond k?

in the case of forgotten username and password, ask me for it. duh.

time for a war of..... PAINTBALLS!

hey folks! eunice and me want to have a paintball session with every one! isn't it exciting! action number 2! like totally! hahaokinsidejokelol.

so would you all like to set a date when you are actually free to go for paintball war? :):) this outing is still an idea in making. haha! choose a date you can most likely make it. like in aug or sep.

let's all go together ok? it will be really fun! we will go for the cheapest deal so don't worry too much about cost! we will calculate all the costs. i know money a bit tight now. jewee and eunice and me can't go shopping for the rest of the month. sobs sobs. haha!

so try to be more responsive to this idea okay? there are other activities too! jewee is planning them. haha! she's so active now so must give her face ah:) activities include badminton, volleyball, visit haji (is this spelt correctly? anw, it's eunice's idea) lane and more! oh and my favourite: food hunt!

not to forget we are meeting up on the 18th right? i hope it's still on! so see you all soon ok? don't stress yourself out! guys, work hard in army and cd ok? i know you all are very hardworking protecting singapore but please take care of yourselves! look forward to ord! and girls, the stressing time of planning and bidding has arrived. plan your timetable properly and we'll meet up for lunch (hopefully) during school again. yeah!

Hey nonet!

I'm here to say a big "THANK YOU" for the outing cum celebration on Sunday, 13th June 2010.

Thanks to everyone who went for the outing. I'm not sure whether it was a successful one but it was certainly a fun experience (trying to get the kites up in the sky, playing monopoly deal cards at macs and out in the field with the raindrops getting bigger and bigger till we decided to stop and shift out maps, and definitely will remember siaun's shout of "save/help me! the kite can fly up!" siaun, that certainly was a good one) Appreciated everyone who planned and committed to go for the outing on a Sunday, which otherwise could have been fixed on a friday night ( i was unwilling to forgo my church small group time) i know i had been troublesome. thanks for everything guys :)

Thanks to all the ladies too who went to get Liza's and my presents. They are definitely great gifts. I'm sure Liza agrees too, right?

steamboat outing... a failure at attendance but with lots of fun!

HAH! there are two people who went MIA for 220510 steamboat outing!! they are Ong Jew Ee and Sim Jun Liang. so i wonder where these wo people disappeared to. we must open a new club called the MIA Club. Junliang can be the King and Jewee be the Queen. Wanyuan is not far behind as the Princess. HAHA! be sure to turn up for the next outing people!

so in the end, there were only me, eunice, siaun, yihang and nicholas. yum yum! steamboat with teppan rocks! let's find one day and go somebody's house for a board/card games marathon!

we have 损友s in our clique. They are Ong Xinfang, Chew Xueli and Eugenia Ong. Don't ever go shopping with them. Xinfang brings you WALKING everywhere (I'm sure liza and jewee can be witnessess). Then when you see smt you like but is thinking of not buying because you wanna save money, these ppl would psycho you into buying by telling you its ok or simply bringing you into the same shop again so that you will keep seeing the bag you have fallen in love you. They would cause you to have recurring dreams of the things you wanna buy but din buy. So beware of them the next time you go shopping. They could cause you to overspend on your budget. HAHA.

Speed and Me

I think only xf knows my secret affair. One that I have tried to painfully hide from everybody for a very very very long time, one so un-obvious, it will shock everybody...

But I am tired of playing this hiding game, and will now take this chance to break the news, Speed and me are dating.

Me and Speed have been going on for quite some time now, ever since we met at the ECP roller skating rental shop, it was love at first sight, her and me, we make the perfect couple. The way she runs her long, delicate fingers through my hair, across my face.....

She takes me to places where I've never been to, brings adrenaline and blood rush to my arteries, we almost always end on a high note after all our dates.

ok ok, enough crapping, I WANT TO GO ROLLER BLADING PLEASE, :D

I would like to feel some wind going through my hair, wind whistling pass my ear, beating on my face, and NO, the hair dryer cannot achieve such effects.

So, there you have it, I wanna go ROLLER BLADING, Speed and I are on a date, "Speed dating"!

First Outing as Nonet!

Okay,had great fun today despite being unable to fly the kite or the kong ming deng. But nvm, there will alw be next time :) thanks to everyone for the great time, xf for the friendship band that you made till 5am and jewee for bringing us much laughter by not winning a single round of saboteur. It's been really great being with you guys! so everyone jiayou tgt for now, till we meet for the next outing (siaun says he's planning!)

Awesome-ness!

This is such a great idea! And awesome picture at the top by the way.

Eunice, pls rmbr to bring the polaroid camera and its someone else's turn to buy the film! haha. or maybe I'll just buy la.

And we're changing the plan slightly, we will not be setting the sky lanterns at MB, for the fear of being mysteriously "or kong-ed" by authorities that may be lurking in the depths of shadows and to save us all the embarrassment and money. Besides, its kind of a hassle to lug it around, you cannot fold it or squash it.

But fret not, we WILL still set it, beside my house after dinner. There's sort of a field beside my house, so we can use it. But we'll have to pray religiously for a windless night, for the slightest bit of wind can whirl the sky lantern 99999 miles away and then it will be obscured by the hdb flats as tested out by me previously. Bring some markers, thick pointed ones so we can scribble stuffs on it or whatever.

And then we could go for movies at lot one! Then supper or whatever you guys feel like doing afterwards, k?

Hey peeps!

Here are the details for our outing on 3rd April! Let's meet at Jurong East Station at 3.15pm. We'll make our way there to MB together. Kite-flying from 4-6 or 6.30pm. Dinner at Raffles or Suntec. After dinner, let's go back to MB with some more finger food, snacks and drinks (eunice wanted alcohol so much) and chill there! We'll also set OUR sky lantern there at MB :)
